Cindy Salinas // Co-founder, Hands On Outreach
Cindy was born in Bogota, Colombia to her parents Diana and David Ramirez. She was raised in Texas, and graduated from Oral Roberts University with a degree in Psychology. She became a counselor at the age of 21. Cindy married her high school sweetheart, Joe Manuel. The couple now has two young children. Cindy’s goal is to live a life that displays the love of Jesus, and empowers families to impact their communities. She is passionate about lives being restored and bringing the hope of Jesus to others.

David Ramirez // Co-founder, Hands On Outreach
David is the pastor of Christian Living International Ministries and co-founder of Hands On Outreach along his wife. Together, they have six children. David migrated from Colombia to the U.S. 20 years ago. He graduated in 2004 with a degree in Pastoral Ministries from Liberty University. In 1999, he founded Christian Living International Outreach. He became ordained through Revered William E. Hall Ministries in 2009. Pastor Ramirez has a passion to preach the Word of God and serve people. He desires to show everyone how good God is.

Diana Ramirez // Co-founder, Hands On Outreach
Diana is a co-founder of Hands On Outreach and wife to David Ramirez. She grew up in an orphanage, which has given her a heart to care for orphans. She loves meeting the everyday needs of those who are less-fortunate. It is her passion to see families in need to be blessed with food, clothing and shelter.

Joe Manuel Salinas
As a husband to Cindy, Joe has been involved with Hands On Outreach since it began seven years ago. He came from a broken home, which has given him a passion for the Colombian children. He loves ministering to Colombian families and giving them the hope of God. Joe enjoys playing football, fishing and spending time with his children.
Brenda Avendano
Brenda is a young college student currently pursuing a technical career in the health industry. She is originally from Mexico but has lived in the USA since she was in the first grade. Brenda has a passion for helping people! she has a huge heart that loves people and serves them fervently. Her testimony is a true testament of perseverance and faith.

Hands On Outreach is a non-profit organization committed to serving rural families living in the Pacho, Cundinarmca Mountain region of Colombia. We provide vital necessities for these people, improving their overall quality of life.
